Dr. Scott Hutchins received a Ph.D. in Entomology from Iowa State University in 1987. On Thursday, Oct. 31, PPEM hosted a welcome reception for Dr. Hutchens of his recent achievement, the Henry A. Wallace Award. The award was officially presented to him on November 1st, during the 93rd annual Honors & Awards Ceremony.
