13 holiday desserts filled the air as members of the PPEM department put their best recipes to the test in our Holiday Bake-Off on Monday, Dec. 16th!

PPEM students, faculty, and staff came together enjoying a main course and holiday desserts. From creative desserts to classic favorites, the competition served approximately 45 attendees and voters! The Holiday Bake-Off winners were awarded handmade, holiday themed potholders, a special prize to commemorate their baking talent. Donna Moore (PPEM Business Admin) brought the potholders handmade from her mother. To wrap up the event, outstanding PPEM students were recognized with special awards.
